We are a collective of Family Physicians who are passionate about helping individuals explore and understand the foundations of a healthy life, beginning with a focus on mental health and well-being.
Living in a society and culture with a significant gap in emotional education, and having witnessed the impacts of this in the primary care setting, we have consciously decided to connect deeper with patients in order to empower each individual to holistically improve their health through a biopsychosocial-spiritual approach.
We are proud to provide a unique lens by blending our medical training as Family Physicians, rooted in evidence-based preventative care, with our own expertise and continued studies in psychotherapy.
